Wash marrowbone in salt water and poach them through boiled water. Remove the first water and add 1.5l filtered water then cook in 2 hours.
Peel and wash shrimp. Cut pork in bite-sized chunks and bring shrimp meat with salt, fish sauce, sugar, seasoning powder, pepper for 30 minutes to spice up
Heat the oil, put crushed purple onions and stir until it's fragrant then add spiced shrimps, pork and cook properly. Pour them in bouillon pot and season if need. Add some green onion and cilantro.
Break cassava noodle in small pieces and soak them in clean water in 5 minutes, then drain for 2 minutes. When bouillon is warm, it's ready to server. Combine them with some vegetables and spiced fish sauce for better taste.
