Cassava noodle with beef jerky
  1. Break cassava noodle in bite-sized chunks and dip them in clear water for 5 minutes then drain in 2 minutes.
  2. Peel green mango and cut it fine in strands. Tear beef jerky. Deseed red chilli and crush it with garlic. Put them in the bowl, add 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp seasoning powder, 1 tbsp water and 2 tbsp fish sauce to make perfect spicy mixture.
  3. Now mix cassava noodles with beef jerky, mango strands, vegetables, banana inflorescence and pour spicy fish sauce, season a bit if you like and enjoy
