We bring you a wonderful story about cassava - a typical Vietnamese cassava, grown with love and dedication by local farmers. Our cassava plants do not use fertilizers or pesticides, which helps the cassava tubers absorb a lot of valuable nutrients from the soil.

From these cassava roots, Caromi's reticulated cassava pho is made in a delicate and elaborate production process. A team of skilled workers peels, washes, grinds and soaks the best quality cassava for 3 days and 3 nights, then boils it over firewood and beats the powder thoroughly. The noodles are then stretched thin and dried in the bright sunshine of the central region. Finally, this wonderful product is harvested and presented to consumers.
